IVF Pregnancy Calculator
Using a specialized IVF Pregnancy Calculator is essential for accuracy in assisted reproduction. Whether you had a 3-Day Transfer, 5-Day Blastocyst Transfer, or IUI, our tool calculates your exact due date and current gestational age.
Calculation Methods
-
Embryo Transfer (IVF/FET)
Calculates based on the age of the embryo (Day 3 or Day 5 blastocyst) at transfer.
-
Egg Retrieval / IUI

Why use an IVF Pregnancy Calculator?
Standard due date calculators assume conception happens 14 days after your period. IVF is different—we know the exact moment life began.
Embryo Age Adjusted
We automatically adjust for 3-Day or 5-Day transfers to ensure your due date is medically accurate.
Milestone Planning
Know exactly when to expect your Beta blood test and first viability scan.
Real-Time Age
Calculate exactly how many weeks and days pregnant you are today (PUPO status included).
How It Works
Choose Type
Select “Embryo Transfer” for IVF/FET or “Retrieval/IUI” depending on your procedure.
Select Embryo Age
If you chose transfer, specify if it was a Day 3 or Day 5 embryo. This shifts the calculation by 2 days.
Enter Date
Input the date the procedure took place to generate your timeline instantly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is IVF due date calculation different?
Natural pregnancy dating assumes ovulation happens on Day 14 of a 28-day cycle. In IVF, we know the exact date of fertilization. We adjust the “Last Menstrual Period” date mathematically to align with the embryo’s actual age, ensuring higher accuracy.
How do you calculate for Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET)?
For FET, the calculation is identical to a fresh transfer. It depends solely on the age of the embryo when it was frozen (usually Day 3 or Day 5). The date of transfer becomes the reference point.
What does “2w5d” mean?
It means “2 Weeks and 5 Days Pregnant.” On the day of a 5-Day transfer, you are clinically considered 2 weeks and 5 days pregnant, because pregnancy dating conventionally starts 2 weeks before ovulation.
